I became an NASMcertified personal trainer in June 2021, and I am specialized in Pregnancy + Postpartum Fitness, as well as strength training for cyclists and endurance athletes.
I became a personal trainer because I want to help people not only perform their best, but to be healthy and fit for life’s ever-changing demands — including longtime moms, new moms and moms-to-be!
My goal is to help others become happy, healthy and strong individuals through all of life’s seasons, whether they’re experienced athletes or just discovering the wide world of sports and fitness. I offer a small number of clients personalized training and nutrition advice, customized workouts, and flexibility assessments/routines.
