Foundation Coaching: For busy professionals or recreational athletes who want accountability, structure, and a personal touch without the complexity of race prep. Perfect if you’re looking to stay consistent, build strength, and feel your best without having to guess what to do next.
$125 per month, billed monthly

🔄 One full plan adjustment per block as needed

Performance Coaching: Endurance-focused, sport-specific coaching for athletes training toward races or performance goals who want expert guidance in balancing endurance and strength work over long seasons. Ideal for athletes who want personalized coaching and long-term development, or for folks who want to hit a big race goal that will take consistency and fatigue management.
$200 per month, billed monthly
Included services:
Everything in the Standard plan, plus:
🏃♂️ Sport-specific endurance programming (run & cycling) in 3-4 week blocks
🔬 Fatigue management and life balance support
🧩 Analysis of up to two “A” races per year (terrain, pacing, strategy)
⚡ Sport-specific power & agility work for better performance
Additional Personal Training sessions at our home gym: For coaching clients, I’m offering a special rate of $40 per hour!

Our Little Red Shed is a quiet, controlled-access training studio designed for efficient, uninterrupted workouts. No crowds. No wait for equipment. No distractions. The space is clean, insured, professionally maintained, and thoughtfully laid out to support strength, mobility, and long-term progress.
Every session is individually programmed based on your goals, experience level, and lifestyle, whether you’re new to training, getting back into a routine, or looking to train with more structure and consistency.
The studio includes everything needed to train effectively, including a squat rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and additional training tools.
The space is air-conditioned for comfort, or we can open the garage door and train with fresh air and beautiful Hill Country views … your choice!

Single Session: $70 per hour
10-Session Package: $650 (10 hourly sessions)
(Must be used within 6 months of purchase)
In-Home Personal Training
Prefer to train in your own home? I’ll come to you. While equipment options may be more limited, sessions are still carefully programmed to deliver effective, goal-driven workouts.

Pregnancy + Postpartum Training

As an athlete and mother, I understand how overwhelming pregnancy and postpartum recovery can feel — especially with so much conflicting information online. With the right guidance, consistency, and a thoughtful approach to movement, this can be one of your strongest and most resilient seasons yet.

Postpartum Recovery Training
8-Week Supportive Recovery Package
For postpartum mothers, I offer a dedicated 8-week recovery program designed to support healing and rebuilding strength during the early stages of postpartum life.
Program details:
2 sessions per week
45–60 minute sessions
Available in my private home gym, virtually, or in your own home
This program emphasizes restoring core function, addressing common postpartum imbalances, and gradually rebuilding strength in a safe, supportive way.
$800 for 8 weeks (studio or virtual sessions)
