Online Coaching

Looking for a well-rounded program that will take you to the next level? I offer two tiers of coaching options: Foundations and Performance.

Foundation Coaching: For busy professionals or recreational athletes who want accountability, structure, and a personal touch without the complexity of race prep. Perfect if you’re looking to stay consistent, build strength, and feel your best without having to guess what to do next.

$125 per month, billed monthly

Included services:
📅 Daily workout plan in 4-week to 6-week blocks
🔄 One full plan adjustment per block as needed
💪 Weekly 10-minute mobility routine
🧘 Custom cool-down & stretches
🎙️ Weekly coach check-in (~10 min voice message or phone call)
🎥 Unlimited form reviews (sent via email or text)
💬 Unlimited written communication

Performance Coaching: Endurance-focused, sport-specific coaching for athletes training toward races or performance goals who want expert guidance in balancing endurance and strength work over long seasons. Ideal for athletes who want personalized coaching and long-term development, or for folks who want to hit a big race goal that will take consistency and fatigue management.

$200 per month, billed monthly

Included services:
Everything in the Standard plan, plus:
🏃‍♂️ Sport-specific endurance programming (run & cycling) in 3-4 week blocks
🔬 Fatigue management and life balance support
🧩 Analysis of up to two “A” races per year (terrain, pacing, strategy)
⚡ Sport-specific power & agility work for better performance

Additional Personal Training sessions at our home gym: For coaching clients, I’m offering a special rate of $40 per hour!

Live close to San Marcos, TX? How would you like to train in a private gym with a beautiful view of the rolling Texas Hill Countryside?!

Let’s work on fitness together in the Little Red Shed, a small, private facility at my home. It’s off the beaten path, extremely private, and has all the gear you need to achieve your goals, including a squat rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, exercise bands, and more.

It’s also air-conditioned for comfort in the summer; or we can open the garage door and take in the lovely view of nature — totally up to you!

Single Session: $60
10-Session Package: $500 (must used within 6 months of purchase)

Want to work out in your own home? I’ll come to you! We may have more limited options on our workout tools, but we can still create some amazing workouts and achieve the same goals!

Single session:
$95 (within a 10-mile radius of my home)
$100 (within a 15-mile radius of my home)
$105 (within a 20-mile radius of my home)

Postpartum Recovery + Training Through Pregnancy

Looking to stay strong during pregnancy, or to heal your body postpartum?

We can work together to navigate this special season of your life.

I’m the mother of a 1 year old, and I know how hard and confusing it can be to navigate this space. But with consistency, knowledge, and the right tools, it will be your strongest season yet. We’ll work together to re-engage your core, fix the imbalances that settled in during pregnancy, and build strength and stamina safely as you work toward getting back to doing what you love.

For pregnant athletes, please book a personal training session at my normal rate. There is an additional pregnancy / postpartum form to fill out along with the standard personal training form.

For postpartum mothers, I’m offering a special package for new moms who want to safely navigate the early stages of postpartum and get back to exercise as soon as it is safely possible. We’ll work together twice a week for 8 weeks, and we can work out at my gym or in your home.

Special 8-week package pricing: $800 @ my gym

If you’re not a new mom, but have been dealing with uncomfortable pelvic floor symptoms since having your baby, we can work together on that too! Please get in touch to discuss your symptoms and experiences to see if a custom exercise plan is right for you.
